The four colossal statues of Ramses II at the Great Temple of Abu Simbel

Aswan · Programme

Aswan & Nubia in 7 days

A week at Aswan’s pace: Philae and the High Dam, the museums and islands, a day in Nubia, Abu Simbel, and the temples to the south or the road north to Kom Ombo and Edfu.

The experience

Discover Aswan & Nubia in Seven Days

Seven days is enough to see Aswan properly rather than pass through it. The week moves from the great monuments to the islands, from a Nubian village to the temples of Abu Simbel, with time on the river in between.

The later days are shaped around what can be arranged for your dates: the temples of Lake Nasser where access allows, or the road north to Kom Ombo and Edfu. The price is worked out once we know your group, accommodation, transport, guiding and the sites you choose.
